This Area under Development -- This weekend 11/5 - 11/6

"People Before Politics." -- "Your Rights Make A Difference."
"Of the People ... By the People ... For the People."
Message to Wellsville Citizens and Residents in Our Community--
** URGENT **
To ALL Wellsville Homeowners & Property Owners --
Please Be Aware; Our Community is facing an Imminent Aggressive Code Enforcement Action*
This 'New' Action has Urgent Probability, which can lead to the Loss of Your Home or Property*
This 'New' Action is being aggressively pushed forward by the current administration, clearly stated in Trustee Randy Shayler's campaign postcard mailer. He refers to people with home and property disrepairs as... "Deadbeats" and that he intends to "Use every legal means to force..."
This must be stopped, Immediately*. Our local economy in our county and right here in Wellsville is experiencing decline, worsened by having among the highest property taxes in NYS and our country. FACT: This has been reported by the Wellsville Daily Reporter, in a Frontpage Headline Article dated -- Friday, August 12, 2016.
There is not a single candidate for public office in this, Tomorrow's Election, who has taken a stand in Defense of Home & Property Owners in Our Community, to Fight Against this 'New', Imminent Aggressive Code Enforcement Action. I Stand Alone, To Oppose this horrific action which has *INJUSTICE* & Abuse / Misuse of Public Authority ( "Bullying" ), written all over it.
Not one of the other mayoral candidates has any intent or plan to help the home and property owners in our community, in what could be one of the most unjust onslaughts against our local citizens and residents, unprecedented in this area's history. Families with children, the elderly, military veterans and the disabled... *Are NOT Deadbeats*. These decent people may be facing economic difficulties & hardship in their daily lives, who have less resources to pay costly code enforcement violations, find relaible home repair contractors who will not overcharge them and legal expenses to challenge such violations. This is completely Unfair, Totally Unacceptable.
I went to work right after the debate, after learning about this issue of Imminent Aggressive Code Enforcement, this current administration is planning, and waving around as a campaign banner. I have an unprecedented, community-based plan to Assist Home & Property Owners to help them keep their homes and property they have worked so hard for, make repairs more affordable and remain in code compliance, with less violations and almost no civil legal actions or penalties... Amounting up to $1000 per day -- And up to a year in jail. These are civil offenses; Not Crimes.*
The "Save Our Homes Toolbox Rescue & Renewal Program"... is something our community will be very proud of. No one should ever lose their homes or property because our local officials, administration and legislators have no interest in helping people protect their homes or property, but in fact are strenuously trying to enact Imminent Agressive Code Enforcement Policies. There are other ways to deal with home repairs rather than displacing, evicting or dispossessing families from their homes. This is undoubtedly, an impending, looming Crisis*, that will negatively impact our community, irreparably.
This urgent and important issue is one of many, that are clear examples of Misrepresentation*, existing in our local government. I will be focused on gathering overwhelming comunity support to fight against this aggressive policy at the expense of home & property owners. Filing a Legal Injunction to stop this administration is planned, and on the ballot for better representation that I am fighting for. One of the worst things any family can go through, is to lose their home.
Please Join me with Your Support & Vote, so I may Act & Speak Immediately - On Your Behalf...*

Election Day is here, Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016 !! -- Poll Locations are Open, from 6am to 9pm.*
Part of our campaign is to inform people in our community about important issues, how they are being addressed, their affect over the last several years and what people are hoping for in the years to come. We've done our best to present the facts and find possible, better solutions.
Our 'Campaign Postcard At-Your-Door', was delivered by mail this Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016.
A copy of the 'Campaign Postcard' is available to view here, on the 'New Programs' Tab.
We hope you find it helpful, useful and informative, to gain important insight on this election.*
The Wellsville Daily Reporter, Sunday Nov. 6, 2016, featured a 'Special Election Section' --
A Full Two-Pages of your local candidates for Public Office. Our Ad is under the Main Ballot.
Campaign Pamphlets with an emphasis on 'Accountability', were inserts in every first Friday edition of the Wellsville Daily Reporter, from June to November, 2016. A printable version is available on the 'Main Page' tab, on this website.
Our campaign was very focused, with a solid message of continuous community outreach, forthcoming and objective analysis of issues, every step of the way. Over 10,000 pieces of advertising literature, hundreds of one-on-one conversations with community / county residents and a few public officials, many newspaper featured headlines and articles, an RNN interview, a public debate (sponsored by the Wellsville Daily Reporter) - Campaign Postcards delivered to every door... Plus a robust, comprehensive / informative Campaign Website as a reliable resource.
More effort for community outreach... than both mayoral opponents, combined.
Following the learned experience of this campaign, this election is based upon several major points; 1. The general, accumulative frustration of many people in our community. 2. A popularity contest between incumbent politicians, who appear to relish political influence / prestige over public service ('small town politics'). 3. A village administration with questionable judgment and a controversial track record. 4. A less known independent mayoral candidate, who values people, their views and the importance of unresolved community issues... over 'politics as usual'. In my observation, that has not served the people in our community well. Look at the past four years.
The Vote* is now in your hands, Wellsville.
James will be visiting all three poll locations and around the community, with our campaign banner car. He will be available for any questions or comments on community issues, taxes, our local economy and 'paycheck to paycheck' family economics. The most important part of our campaign, is to help people in any way we can. To Build Hope for Families, for Everyone, for Our Community.
The whole community is in our thoughts, with the hope for a better, brighter, prosperous future.*
